ON THE JOB TRAINING

At Waldrop, we are committed to ongoing training. We provide training to our current techs and we train aspiring technicians.

Our licensed plumbers or NATE-certified HVAC technicians receive monthly training as well as specialized quarterly training. 

  • Waldrop University

    Waldrop U is a 16-week program that pays you while you learn the skills necessary to join the home service industry. After completion, you are guaranteed a job at Waldrop Plumbing, Heating & Air.

     

    • No prior experience needed
    • Field, lab and book training provided
    • Plumbing & HVAC classes

  • Summer Co-Op

    Get paid while you learn on the job. We offer our summer co-op program to teens 16+. 

    • Full-Time
    • Paid $15/hour
    • On-the-job training
    • Opportunity for FT position after graduation
