What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking care of customers with scheduled HVAC maintenance.
• Diagnosing and fixing air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and more.
• Explaining things to customers in a way that’s easy to understand.
• Being the kind of friendly, knowledgeable professional customers can rely on.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working on residential HVAC systems.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A positive attitude, great with people, and committed to doing quality work.
• Someone who loves being part of a team and always wants to do their best.

$75,000 - $130,000 including Spiffs and Commission
