Competitive Pay

  • In addition to competitive pay we offer commission and spiffs. 


Equipment Provided

  • Vehicles, tools, uniforms, and tablets/phones/computers are provided for technicians by Waldrop. Giving you the tools to be successful in completing your work. Waldrop also provides cleaning for uniforms.


Paid Time Off

  • All full-time employees receive 80 hours of PTO after 90 days, increasing with your term of employment. Work/life balance is a priority at Waldrop and we strive to provide the ability to take care of yourself and your family.
